Founded in 1948, Gaggia helped to pave the way for how we enjoy coffee. The first model, Classica, marked an important transition from the technological and aesthetic point of view, as one of the first horizontal coffee machine. The Italian coffee crazed was fuelled by the ‘natural’ crema that Gaggia’s coffee machines uniquely produced without the need for steam, further evoking innovatory changing for coffee.
